What's in the box
  • Picture frame in black or white, matte square profile, glass front, white mat. Easel stand and wall hook on every size.
  • Cream matte insert with the tap mark and a plain request for a review. Your name on it if you want it.
  • NFC tag behind the paper, written to your Google review link and locked.
  • Tested with an iPhone and an Android before it leaves our hands.
How we connect it to your listing

At checkout we ask for your business name as it appears on Google and, if you have it, your review link (Google Business Profile app → Get more reviews → copy link). If you don't, we find it from your listing and email you to confirm before we lock the tag. Nothing on your side needs power, Wi-Fi, or an app.

Shipping, delivery, and returns

. . Tap it with your phone when you unpack it: if it does not open your review page on a phone that supports it, tell us and we send a replacement insert and tag or refund the order.

How it works

  1. 1

They hold their phone to the frame.

The same motion as tapping to pay. No camera, no app.

  2. 2

    Your Google review page opens.

Straight to the write-a-review page for your listing.

  3. 3

They can write it right there.

At your counter, while the visit is fresh.

Works with iPhones from 2018 on and most Android phones, screen on. Nothing on your side needs power, Wi-Fi, or an app.

Plastic review cards work, but they are easy to put away and forget. A frame is made to stay out: it belongs on a counter or a wall, so it stays where customers see it, and it matches the wood and paper already in most shops. For cafés, salons, restaurants, studios, and waiting rooms.

FAQ

Which phones can read it?

iPhones from 2018 on (XR, XS and newer) with the screen on, no app. Most Android phones from the last several years do the same; a few need NFC switched on in settings.

Does it need Wi-Fi, power, or an app on my side?

No. The customer's phone does all the work. The frame keeps working if your internet is down.

Can someone re-program it?

No. The tag is locked after setup, permanently. The only way to change where it points is a new insert from us.

Already have a frame, or want to rename or rebrand?

Inserts are $29: a new classic insert with your new name, or the Halloween bundle on its own. Each insert comes with its own tag set to your listing; the frame stays.

Does it work on a metal counter?

The tag needs a little distance from metal, and the frame's stand gives it that. Wall frames are fine on any wall. If we install in person, we check the spot before we leave.

Is this allowed by Google?

Asking customers for a review is allowed. Asking for a rating, offering something in return, or asking only the happy ones is not, and we never print any of that. Every insert asks for a review and nothing else.

How is this different from a QR code?

A QR code is a camera step: open the camera, aim, wait, tap the banner. Here the phone touches the frame and the page opens. A QR code can also be covered with a sticker and pointed somewhere else; the tag in the frame is locked and hidden behind the paper.

Custom sizes, several locations, your own frame?

Email us. If you already have a frame you love, we can set up the insert and tag for it.
